Genuine Homes LLC was a referral to us from a good family friend. Dennis was extremely helpful and was able to stick to our budget. My wife and I got exactly what we wanted in the remodel of our upstairs bathroom after a flooding accident. The biggest headache was working with insurance to get things straight. The best part was working with Dennis at Genuine Homes to get the plan finalized and implemented quickly. The updated tile bathroom and laundry room are amazing, we love it! We have already referred Genuine Homes to friends, coworkers and family. We are already lining up new projects for next year, mainly a fire pit project, and we are looking to work solely with Dennis at Genuine Homes for that project.
